Originally from the north of Scotland, Caroline trained at The Drama Centre London. An actress for 18 years she then moved into directing. Her work ranges from Shakespeare to new writing, embracing large scale venues, open air and site specific as well as studio based pieces.
As a writer Caroline co-wrote R-3 and was nominated for an Off West End award for Best Director, she has also written two one-person shows and the epic family show, ‘The Legend Of King Arthur’ for Guildford Shakespeare Company.
